Application Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

This article explains the key roles and responsibilities of the In-House Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, and MOD Coordinator in handling applications and approvals.

Roles:

  1. In-House Coordinator:
    • Send out approval emails and manage deposits.
    • Send Full Deposit Received emails and Move-In emails.
    • Manage applications that are attached to homes that are not rent-ready.
    • Update the 2024 Leased Property Tabs as deposits are received.
  2. MOD Coordinator:
    • Follow up with all approved applicants to ensure they select a home and their payment option.
    • Ensure prompt communication with applicants within 1 hour of approval being sent.
    • Maintain accurate logs in the Leasing Master Tracker and Propertyware.
  3. Lead Coordinator:
    • Oversee the process of sending approval emails and managing the follow-up process.
    • Ensure that denials and approvals are handled in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with the Assistant Coordinator to handle follow-ups after the initial 5 attempts​.
