Application Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities
This article explains the key roles and responsibilities of the In-House Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, and MOD Coordinator in handling applications and approvals.
Roles:
- In-House Coordinator:
- Send out approval emails and manage deposits.
- Send Full Deposit Received emails and Move-In emails.
- Manage applications that are attached to homes that are not rent-ready.
- Update the 2024 Leased Property Tabs as deposits are received.
- MOD Coordinator:
- Follow up with all approved applicants to ensure they select a home and their payment option.
- Ensure prompt communication with applicants within 1 hour of approval being sent.
- Maintain accurate logs in the Leasing Master Tracker and Propertyware.
- Lead Coordinator:
- Oversee the process of sending approval emails and managing the follow-up process.
- Ensure that denials and approvals are handled in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Assistant Coordinator to handle follow-ups after the initial 5 attempts.
