This email template is used to notify applicants about the expiration of their application if no required documents are submitted before the expiration date.

Email Template:

  • Subject Line: Missing Documents - [Applicant Name] Application with Suncoast Property Management

Body:

Good [Applicant Name],


This is a friendly reminder that your rental application with Suncoast Property Management is about to expire. All applications are valid for 30 days from the date signed, and your application will automatically expire on [Expiration Date] if the following items are not received:


- [List of missing documents: pay stubs, government-issued ID, social security card, etc.]
