Expiring Applications – Detailed Steps
This procedure outlines how to expire applications in Propertyware and the Leasing Master Tracker.
Steps:
- One Week Reminder:
- Send a reminder email one week before the application is due to expire.
- Expiration Process:
- If no documents are received, mark the application as Expired in Propertyware.
- Change the status to Expired Application, and save the details.
- Add a note under Notes & Docs in Propertyware stating the expiration and the reason (e.g., missing documents).
- Updating the Leasing Master Tracker:
- Once the application is marked as expired, remove the line from the Leasing Master Tracker to ensure the application is no longer being worked on.
