Expiring Applications – Detailed Steps

This procedure outlines how to expire applications in Propertyware and the Leasing Master Tracker.

Steps:

  1. One Week Reminder:
    • Send a reminder email one week before the application is due to expire.
  2. Expiration Process:
    • If no documents are received, mark the application as Expired in Propertyware.
    • Change the status to Expired Application, and save the details.
    • Add a note under Notes & Docs in Propertyware stating the expiration and the reason (e.g., missing documents).
  3. Updating the Leasing Master Tracker:
    • Once the application is marked as expired, remove the line from the Leasing Master Tracker to ensure the application is no longer being worked on.
