- Verify the Property Status:
- Ensure the property is marked as Rent Ready or New Construction - Rent Ready in Propertyware.
- Select the Correct Template:
- Choose the correct email template depending on the assigned property manager.
- Templates are available for various property managers such as Amanda Brown, Elma Avila-Pena, and others.
- Important Details:
- Move-in date must be scheduled at least 4 days from the email date.
- Include a note about the Move-In Concierge service if the tenant is using the Resident Benefits Package.

Body:
Good [Morning/Afternoon],
I am happy to inform you that we are ready to start the move-in process! I have looped in your property manager, [Manager Name]. [Manager Name] will contact you within the next 24 hours to schedule your move-in date.
Your move-in date request needs to be at least 4 days from today.
