I just want to state this review is based on my personal experience as I do see mixed reviews. I personally lived in the Ocala area and Suncoast has been very communicative and timely with both the management team and the maintenance team. The maintenance team would notify me if I was liable to pay for things as stated in my lease agreement. Sometimes I would question things but I would re-read the lease and sure enough it is stated in it. So prior to moving in, I feel fully reading and understanding the lease could prevent some negative feelings towards Suncoast. Most of my maintenance requests I was not liable for and never had to pay. Like the toilet paper holders being reinforced, the front door being resealed, the ice maker getting fixed, or the counter tops being resealed. I really have enjoyed my time here and feel I have been treated fair. We spent two years here and everything was handled professionally. I see mixed reviews as everyone has their own experience but I have found my experience to be fair and charming. This place is great for independent living, families, but I think this place is also a great start for someone interested in buying a home soon. Anyways, that's my experience.

Suncoast is quite professional about everything managing my property. They never make me worry about needless stuff. Their turns are good quality which means places are quick to rent so you don’t have to worry about vacancy. Suncoast is a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly. They have the pedigree to see issues preemptively and doesn’t mince words. I love someone who gives it to you straight. I currently have 5 doors with Suncoast and plan to add more.

Our Senior Account Rep has your back! We live on the West Coast and so it’s important to us that we have a rep for our portfolio that is solid. Thanks Suncoast, you’re the best! In addition, Suncoast was involved in a cost-segregation study for us. The CPA firm that completed this said, "The Senior Account Rep anticipated a lot of what we needed." You just don't find that often today. Highly recommended! My personal favorite!!

Suncoast was astronomical when it came to going above and beyond with any questions and concerns we had before, during, and even after moving in! Our property manager was always upfront and honest with us right away about everything going on as well as extremely informative about any situation or changes during the moving process. To top it all off, she is one of the most caring human beings I’ve had the pleasure of working with during these past 2 months. Helping clients with moving is not even in her job description and yet she was always willing to drop everything and help me, answers my questions, concerns or even just give me an update regardless if I asked for one!!
